Join the gym or an exercise group. Getting physical can help you to feel happier and make you healthier. Start exercising a few minutes each day and then you will gain confidence in your life.

This will get you out of the house and doing something you enjoy on your own.

Nature

Spend time out in nature. Go for a walk in the park or go barefoot in your garden. Pay attention to the sights and sounds that you have. Let the air hit you and feel the breeze. This can lower your blood pressure and make you feel happy.

  • When you find you are always stressed.
  • Having a hard time coping.
  • When you have symptoms of anxiety.
  • When you feel depressed.
